Columbia, MO— Today, Missouri Health Connection (MHC) announced the appointment of Alan Bailey as Program Manager. Alan brings more than 25 years of professional experience in a variety of leadership and managerial positions with public and not for profit organizations in the areas of employee health benefits, marketing, risk management, strategic planning and local government administration. Alan held the position of Director of Marketing for the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP) for approximately fifteen years. He was the first Executive Director of the Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund (MOPERM) and has held positions with the Missouri Municipal League, the Office of State Courts Administrator and City Manager of Slater, Missouri.
Missouri Health Connection is creating Missouri’s health information network that will ensure patients, providers, physicians, hospitals and other health care organizations have access to critical medical record information quickly and securely.
